Tower of Love Cupcakes!

I have had a lot on my plate lately, but wanted to do one more easy Valentine Treat.  This one is really easy but looks pretty impressive.  All you will need is a box of cake mix (any type you like), pink frosting with Valentine Sprinkles, 1can of the Pillsbury Easy Frosting, 12 large paper cupcake liners, 12 small paper cupcake liners, Kraft heart shaped marshmallows, 12 toothpicks, 12 decorative Valentine flags, & edible decorating pens.  You will also need eggs, and oil to prepare the cake mix as directed.

Fill cupcakes about 2/3 full and evenly for even bake time.  Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Use the Easy Frost to fill your cupcakes with some frosting.  Don't put to much or they will crack.

The cupcakes can go in your oven at the same time, of course the little ones will not take as long.  I live in a high altitude and it took me 17 minutes for the little ones and 22 minutes for the larger ones.  Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean.  Do not over bake.  Once your cupcakes have cooled, fill them with your Easy Frost, then frost them with your frosting. You will need to use a long toothpick for each one, to keep the little cupcake on top of the marshmallow and big cupcake.  Decorate with your cupcake accessory flags (mine came with my paper cups) and your sprinkles that came with the frosting.  This recipe is nothing fancy but the presentation makes it impressive.
