Groundhog Cake

I just realized Groundhog Day is tomorrow.  I wanted to  share the cake we made last year.  For this fun Groundhog cake recipe head here.

For once I am actually rooting for 6 more weeks of Winter.  It has been such an uncommonly warm Winter for us this year, I would like to still be able to take the boys sledding.

    Haha...this is so cute. I am on your side with the 6 more weeks of winter. I would love to see some measurable snow this year.
