I have a super easy and fun Spring inspired jewelry craft for you all today. No I didn't make cabochon Easter eggs, those are simply hard dimensional stickers I purchased from Target.
Here is what you need for the ring:
Jolee's Boutique Dimensional Stickers (a pack of 12 was about $3.50)
Cut out your sticker, leaving the plastic on the back, so that it's not sticky. Lift up your protective film on the back of the sticker now, and add some jewelers glue, then place protective clear film back down. Next glue your sticker to the blank on your ring, and let dry for 24 to 72 hours.
Here is what you need for the pendant necklace:
Jolee's Boutique Dimensional Stickers
Ribbon (16 to 18 inches is good)
2 Folding Crimps
1 Oval Blank Cameo Frame Pendant
Jewelers needle nose pliers
Jewelers flat nose pliers
Cut out your sticker, leaving the clear protective plastic on the back, so that it's not sticky. Lift up your protective film on the back of the sticker now and add some jewelers glue, then place protective clear film back down. Then add a little jewelers glue to the back outside edge of your egg and press it down into the center of your blank pendant. Using your flat nose pliers crimp your ribbon down in your folding crimps. Using your needle nose pliers add your loops and clasp. Add a loop to your pendant when it is dry, and hang on ribbon chain.
NOTE: The pendants I used I found a while back online at Ebay, but did not have any luck finding them when I looked again for this post. They are open on the back side, which is why I only put glue on the edges of the egg. If your pendant is solid in the back, you could simply glue the egg down from the center.
If you would like to purchase this necklace or ring, they are available in my shop. The ring is listed for only $1.99 and the necklace is listed for only $3.99 in my shop TLC Creations. They would make a sweet affordable Easter gift for a little girl.
