Last week I had fun making a S'more cocktail. This week I have a new fun cocktail to share. Again I tried to keep it on the lighter side. I used low fat milk, and 100% no sugar added pineapple juice. By putting my liquid ingredients into my ice cream maker, I came up with a perfect refreshing Summer time cocktail. Here is what you need:
This recipe will make 4 smaller cocktails or 2 large ones (as pictured).
1 cup of low fat milk
2 1/2 cups 100% pineapple juice, no sugar added
2 shots of Pinnacle Whipped Cream Flavored Vodka
2 shots of Pinnacle Cake Flavored Vodka
Garnish the top of each drink with a pineapple ring or wedge, and a maraschino cherry.
Directions:
Pour your chilled liquid ingredients into your ice cream maker. Run until you have the icy consistency you want for your drink, for me that was about 20 minutes in our ice cream maker. Pour into your serving glasses. Garnish with your pineapple and maraschino cherry.
Please enjoy responsibly.

Wow, that sounds delish - I never knew you could get fancy flavoured vodka... how cool is that? Time I had a better look around when I am out shopping!
ReplyDeletethat whipped stuff is stellar all on its own, chilled ... caution should be used as it gives you a wicked headache the next day (gee, how would I know that??)... I make a pretty good upside down pinepple martini too ... uses vanilla vodka, grenadine and pineapple juice ... yummm... (the milk scares me a tad in a cocktail, not sure why?)
ReplyDeleteMmmmm...looks delish!
ReplyDeleteI just had some of that whipped cream vodka recently. It sure makes some fun and delicious drinks! :)

ReplyDeleteFirst the s'more cocktail, now this! I am in love! My friend brought over a bottle of that whipped cream vodka and we drank it straight (probably not the best idea)! This looks amazing.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you use cocktail umbrellas - just think how quickly you can assemble a parasol wreath after a few parties!
