I realize this doesn't fit the definition of sushi because there is no rice, however it's a healthy recipe that both children and adults will enjoy. It would make a great lite appetizer, or quick lunch. Best part, no cooking required.
Ingredients:
1 Mission Wrap Garden Spinach Herb Tortilla
1/2 Avocado Sliced
3 Pieces Alaskan Snow Legs Crab Fully Cooked or Imitation Crab Legs
1/3 Cup Shredded Carrots
2 Handfuls of Fresh Baby Spinach
Lite Mayo
Prepared Yellow Mustard
Optional :
Serve cocktail sauce on side for dipping.
Directions:
Spread a small amount of lite mayo onto your tortilla. Lay your other ingredients in the center of tortilla as pictured below. Drizzle with a little mustard. Roll up tightly, then slice and serve.
