Italian Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Salad

I love the beautiful colors and fresh ingredients in this side salad.  It reminds me of an American fully loaded cheeseburger with an Italian twist.  It  comes together easily too, with sweet baby tomatoes, marinated cherry size fresh mozzarella, avocado, lean ground beef, turkey bacon and alphabet pasta for the kids.  You could really use any type pasta you like or even use rice or potatoes.  It is not about the pasta it is about the wonderful fresh flavors and how well these ingredients work together.  The pasta is flavored with spinach and artichoke cream cheese, mayo (I used Kraft free), and a little zesty seasoning salt.  My Doctor would love all the lean protein in this salad with the lean ground beef, turkey bacon, and mozzarella.  She would also love the good fats found in the avocado, and the complex carbs from the wheat pasta. This hungry hypoglycemic is not going to feel hungry any longer with this one.
